Letter to Associated Press
Associated Press,
I would like to express some VERY IMPORTANT matters that come to mind in regards to the Proposed National Animal
Identification System. It all ties together with the National Identification Card that has already been slipped through, (and
needs to be repealed) by a Totalitarian Municipal Corporation that claims to be a Government, that has control of Our Once Great Nation
The N.A.I.S is proposing that the Large Corporate Livestock Interests DO NOT NEED TO I.D. EVERY SINGLE ANIMAL, but in
fact can get a Herd I.D. Of course they would never I.D. EVERY SINGLE ANIMAL because of the cost, and the time! Gee, I
wonder just who is a Primary Power behind all of this?? This NATIONAL ANIMAL IDENTIFICATION SCHEME (N.A.I.S. for
short) WILL ONLY CAUSE GREAT EXPENSE, TO THE SMALL FAMILY OWNED FARM, OR BACKYARD BIRD OR
ANIMAL RAISED TO FEED THE FAMILY. This is nothing less, than a License to do, what any of The People already have
the Right to do, in a Free Country . One man commented on the NONAIS Website that the quickest way to stop this Proposed
N.A.I.S is to demand that the Big Corporations Interests I.D. Tag and Chip EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEIR
BIRDS AND ANIMALS. Even in Communist Russia and other Communist countries, the people could still raise animals to
eat, sell and trade, without such things as this, although their gardens were suppose to be included under the Collective
System, this was ignored. I have no doubt in my mind at all though, that the family garden will be the next victim if we allow this
Animal I.D. to succeed. The same reasons will be cited!! PROTECTING OUR HEALTH AND SECURITY from Disease,
Bio-Terrorism or an Invasive Plant or Animal. Sheep, Hogs, Goats, Beef and Dairy Cattle, certainly aren't native to North
America and neither is the Ringneck (Chinese) Pheasants or our Chickens or Guinea Fowl. Carrots came to us from Asia.
Should we really be raising Potatoes in North America, since after all, Potatoes were not native here, but were imported from
SOUTH America, weren't they?? The U.S. Federal Fish and Wildlife Service slaughtered the Entire Herd of Reindeer on
Hagemeister Island (approximately 1500 animals) in Bristol Bay in Alaska with Machine Guns from Helicoptors in the late
1980's and left nearly every one of those animals to rot, because they said the Reindeer were not native there, even though the
animals posed no threat to anything, and even though they had been on the island since the early 1900's, and had served as
a food source for people in the area. There were newspaper articles here in the Anchoage Daily News about this slaughter at the
time. The U.S. Military from Elmendorf Air Force Base at Anchorage, Alaska during World War l l, used the Dall Sheep here
in the Kenai Mts. for gunnery practice. In the early 1970's the State of Alaska had a Dall Sheep hunt by Permit Only for 1/2 curl
and less Rams for an experiment and when not enough sheep were shot THEY TOO used helicopters to kill off their limit,
even though there were 150 alternates that did not receive a Permit in that drawing. My wife received a Permit and I took her
on that hunt, so I know first hand of what I speak. And I'm going to trust these governments with MY animals?? That will be a
Cold Day in HELL!! Since all the Animal Premises, will already be Registered with the Animal I.D., it will be a simple matter to
include anything else that is raised there from Trees to Cabbage (Definitely NOT an Indigenous Native Plant) to the Lawn
Grass. This is coming from people who can't even keep ILLEGAL Aliens or Drug Runners from crossing the southern border
of the United States every day for years, and THEY are worried about National Security and Bio-Terrorism????? Lets get
real!!! How many people have died from Vioxx or from liver failure from Diabetic Drugs after we were assured they were perfectly safe by the F.D.A, and WE are suppose to trust THEM?? HOW MANY SUBVERSIVE LISTS WILL I BE PUT ON FOR WRITTING THIS LETTER?? I notice in a gardening catalog, there are several things they can no longer ship to The People, in Alaska, Hawaii, or California. They can't ship any Roots Tubers or Perrenial Plants. We haven't been able to get seed potatoes from The Lower 48 states for several years. The State of Alaska is already doing an end run on those food items, and claim the same reason as NAIS does on animals. The State just destroyed ALL their seed potatoes this year in Palmer. They wouldn't sell any last year. Just a coincedence Right?? Why did they just happen to find disease NOW, after so many years of raising seed potatoes for the people to plant. People better wake up!!!!! The old saying in Ireland when the Potato Famine hit was that "God brought the Potato Blight but it was the English that starved the Irish." The English government wouldn't allow anyone in England to send food to the Irish. The English have the distinction (I'm English, Scot and a wee bit of Irish) of annilating one whole race of people in Australia, and they couldn't win the Boar (sp?) War until the English imprisoned their women and children and allowed them to start dying. Seizing and destroying livestock is already happening in some places in America. THEY HAVE SEIZED ANIMALS AND DESTROYED THEM WITH ONLY SUSPICION THAT THEY COULD POSE A THREAT TO ANYONE, INSTEAD OF JUST TO QUARANTINE THEM. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT ANY DUE PROCESS OF LAW!! THAT IS THEFT AND A CRIMINAL OFFENSE THAT SHOULD BE PROSCECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW!! THIS NATION IS IN A STATE OF ANACHY IMPOSED BY NATIONAL, STATE, AND LOCAL MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, CALLING THEMSELVES A GOVERNMENT.
The Discount, Club Cards people use at grocery stores are collecting consumption information that is being used by Life, Medical, and Car Insurance Companies and who knows who else, to determine if you are a good Insurance risk or how much your premiums should cost, etc. Do you eat to much saturated fat or drink wine, beer, or hard liquor purchased at the grocery store, or don't eat enough fiber, or to much red meat, or buy over the counter "Excedrin", or not enough homogenized dairy products or G.M. fruits and vegetables or to much salt or etc., etc., etc. Since Vioxx was so good for us I'm sure they only want this information to protect us from ourselves, which is also the case why your State and City Police are given ALL the names of people who are on pain medicine,(ALL Doctor Prescribed narcotics) and etc. I'm sure that will put the big drug dealers out of business. How many doctors know all the side effects and interactions between different prescriptions when they prescribe such things to you? Do You?? You might die if you don't learn, because the doctors just listen to the Pharmacutical Corporations until enough people die to stir up the nightly news. Where was the F.D.A. when the testing was done to assure Vioxx and several other medications were safe and would not kill people?? Are you really sure you Still want Your Name, Address and Phone Number (I.D.) on these cards????? I'm sure if not now, very soon the Debit and Credit cards will do this also, but probably they have been doing this for a long time with these cards too. Credit card information was being used to determine the price of auto insurance several years ago when you gave them your S.S # (doesn't SS also stand for Soviet Socialists, and the feared SS during WW l l??) When the people trust the system or want convenience, this is what can be expected.

People are considered the same as Corporations, and that is because of the Social Security System and accepting a benefit from the government. There are Supreme Court cases on this. A friend of mine has a case clear up to the Supreme Court of the United States about this matter. We will see what happens. We are called PERSONS. In reading a good Law Dictionary you will learn that a PERSON is in fact a Corporation. An INDIVIDUAL is also. Be VERY careful what you call yourself. Bill Clinton is an Attorney and he addressed the definition of sex, and everyone laughed about it, BUT he understands the TRUE definitions of words and how to use that to his benefit. We are in fact suppose to be "One of The People" not a person or an individual.
Again, If you read ANY good dictionary you will find that it also says;
"License, _ _ freedom of action, speech, thought, permitted or conceded; disregard of legal or moral restraints; sometimes licentiousness.
"Licentious, Unrestrained by law or morality; lascivious, lewd."
In a good Law Dictionary it says;
"License, Permission to do what is otherwise against the law, a trespass or a tort."
Why should it be against the law to travel or to marry?? This Proposed National Animal I.D. and the Natioal I.D. Card for people that was already slipped through are one and the same thing.
License of any kind is for Corporations, Aliens, etc. NOT for One of, We The People!! But the wonderful Public School didn't teach us this.

"Abolition of Private Property" as Article 1 of the Communist Manifesto, "Heavy Progressive Income Tax" as Article 2,
"Confiscation of Property of all Rebels" (Huge fines and confiscation of our property (money & animals) if we Rebels don't report our animals).

We don't need to be excluded from ANYTHING, when there is nothing Lawful to be excluded from to begin with!!!!!
This ain't no "intrusion of privacy", this is downright DAMN TREASON!!!!! A Criminal Offense!! Charges should be filed against Larry Craig of Idaho, and others of his ilk who I am told hasn bragged about supporting this N.A.I.S.
To say; "Therefore, I ask that you make known what the USDA is
doing_ _ ." is ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS. Unless The People start DEMANDING, we are going to continue to get treated like some cur dog in the garbage can, back in the alley, that needs to be kicked every time we are seen or heard!!!!!
The statement; "The USDA claims the NAIS is necessary in order to be able to track animals going into the food chain, thus, making meat safer for the American public." I Don't care if it would make it safer or not, (LIKE VIOXX WAS SO SAFE??) because The Constitution of the United States makes NO Provision for such things as the USDA to begin with!!!!! This is why The People constantly have to battle over and over. These continous battles, even if won are only fighting the symptom and not the TRUE cause of the DISEASE. To buy a hanky to carry in my pocket does NOT prevent a cold or flu!! The creation of ALL these Alphabet Soup Agencies and Departments is a direct result of Laws being set up soon after 1900, (mostly during the Wilson Adminstration) preceeding our National Bankruptcy which was declared in this country in 1933 by Roosevelt and the Federal Reserve Lap Dog, Congress, when they locked the banks and stole The Peoples Gold. All this ties together with what the United States Senate said in Senate Report 93-549 in 1971. (Ask U.S. Senator Ted Stevens, Lisa Murkowski and Don Young for a copy of this report and read it.) It says among other things that The People have been deprived of their rights guaranteed by the Constitution since the time of the Civil War. This Nation's Civil Government being replaced with a Military Government shortly after the Civil War, is what they are talking about. That is in the Public Record written by a U.S. Attorney General in 1871 and I have a copy. That is why the United States Army Corp of Engineers has the control they do over the Land. Martial Law!! In the 1960's President Kennedy signed a U.N. Created Document called "TOTAL AND COMPLETE DISARMEMENT IN A PEACEFUL WORLD" which calls for ALL weapons including small arms, to be delivered to depots and destroyed. I have a copy of that Martial Law too, but I forget the number right now. Around 1960 to1962. Everything referred to States of the World. It was a U.N. World Treaty he signed. Combine this with the fact that OUR $$'s are only worth about 4 cents compared to 1900. Look at how many $$'s it takes to buy a loaf of bread or a pound of meat or an ounce of gold or silver. My Dad was born in 1898 and when staying with his Grandmother before becoming a teen she would send him to the store in Iowa with a Nickle to buy 2 pork chops for them for supper. That explains very clearly what our $$ are worth today!! That is why they want to disarm us, and steal our right to feed ourselves. Hungry people without the means to feed themselves can become very docile. People are beginning to wake up. They were Real Concerned when I ask for a copy of one of these laws quite a few years ago and I got a call about 7 AM from Senator Ted Steven's Office in Anchorage asking where I heard of it, and I just couldn't remember. This is all part of a far bigger picture. I will be glad to share much more with anyone who is interested. We have been attacked by an enemy power and everyone needs to know their enemy.
Also, I do not have Constitutional Rights because that says that the Constitution is what GAVE ME RIGHTS. NO!! I have Rights SECURED BY THE CONSTITUTION. Big Difference. My Rights Preceed the Constitution. As Thomas Jefferson said; "_ _ they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, and to secure these rights, governments are created among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." They DO NOT have my consent to do things like this.
Let's see, we I.D. our Boat, our Car, our Children, our Dog, our Cat, our Gun, our House, our Business, our Land. Then comes Passports, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Accts. Not much left is there?? Are we going to draw the line somewhere?? George Bush, Congress, Homeland Security and the Patriot Act is the Gestapo behind ALL of this. Remember that is what Hitler referred to Germany as, in WW l l. THE HOMELAND!! If we don't stop what is happening NOW, WE could lose our animals and wind up in Guantonamo Bay ourselves. Just look at what is happening around us.
Now why not tie all this National Identification Card for People with the National Animal/Premise I.D./Registration? It's all the same thing. Everything here is about Control, Control and More Control!! They are treating us all the same way on the same level aren't they??

The headline is "Real ID Act Bill surfaces in Salem".
Official name : 2005 Real ID Act. This is US Senate Bill 424 and the Federal government requires states to implement it by May 11, 2008. However there is a chance that the Feds will "ratchet up" the deadline and make it sooner. the purpose of the program is to "reduce identity theft and tighten homeland security".
What happens is that drivers licenses are not issued "locally" by the DMV You are given an temporary drivers license or ID and then you MUST provide a mailing address where they will later mail your "real" id. To get this real id you must PROVE that you are in the US legally. This requires a Social Security number or an ID issued by the US dept of Homeland Security. This system is in place in California and Washington and 11 other states.
There are Farmers refusing to comply and the article says they may lose their drivers licenses because Oregon is going to comply with the Feds. There are some states refusing to comply with this ID law because it is too costly to implement: Montana and Maine. Two weeks ago Maine passed a resolution that rejects the law and calls on the state to ignore the rules. Montana state representatives passed a bill last week ordering the state not to participate in the federal program.
The estimated cost of implementing the act is $10 Billion

Here is an excerpt from a letter to the editor of Small Farmer's Journal, Winter 2007, Vol. 31 Issue 1:
"I live in Wisconsin. Premise ID was started four years ago. It was supposed to be voluntary. Notice how quickly that became mandatory--I believe the article said Summer of '05. I remember reading the fine print on the bottom of the orginal ID forms--$500 to $5000 fines per day for non-compliance.
Some local Mennonite dairy farmers were forced to sell out. They were informed they couldn't sell their milk because they didn't have a premise ID number. The article confirms this. The deadlines are passed. Dairy licenses are not being renewed; deer and fish farms need to register to obtain their licenses.
I have a friend who owns a couple of riding horses and a handful of chickens. They refused to register. She had a horse Coggins tested before going trail riding with friends on public trails. Within a month, she received a letter from the state vet telling her to register her premises.
An article from South Eastern Miniature Equine Club states that vets, farriers, feed mills etc., will be required to report you if your livestock aren't registered. I'm writing to tell you how it is and to encourage those states that aren't required to ID to fight. We could not even take a miniature horse, sheep, goat, duck and guinea hen to the county fair without a premise ID number."
Listen-up people--THIS PROGRAM WILL NOT BE VOLUNTARY!!!!!! Once Uncle Sam gets his foot in the door he always comes on in.
