    Capital Press is an agriculture style newspaper out of Oregon. A friend sent me the article at the bottom of this page about what 
is happening there. Here is the National People/Premise I.D./Registration for We the People. Just like they are tying to implement 
for our animals, and our homes and I also have information on that matter in the second half of this letter, and I tie them together 
because they are one and the very same. There are ways to fight this mess but we can't stand around and wait for the OTHER
 GUY to take care of everything for us, or it won't get done. We shouldn't separate the two issues because people just might wake 
up if they become concerned about their own well being and how we are being treated like just another animal on THEIR 
PLANTATION to be Penned, Branded, Vaccinated and Regimented like we are THEIR PROPERTY to do with as they see fit. 
Property to keep track of?? After all, they gave us all an SS number (Doesn't SS also stand for something I use to hear about in 
the old movies about the terrible Communists or Nazi's??) many years ago and we accepted that didn't we?? Let's see, we I.D. 
our Boat, our Car, our Children, our Dog, our Gun, our House, our Business, our Land, our Passports, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, 
Bank Accts. Not much left is there?? Are we going to draw the line somewhere?? George Bush, Congress, Homeland Security 
and the Patriot Act is the Gestapo behind this one. Remember that is what Hitler referred to Germany as, in WW l l.  THE 
HOMELAND!! If we don't stop what is happening now WE could wind up in Guantonamo Bay. Please look at what is happening
 around us.
     To begin with, how will this NEW Federalized Driver's License/I.D./Registration stop a Terrorist from entering the country and 
committing an act of Terrorism?? Did Gun Serial No./Registration at time of purchase stop rape, robbery and murder or did it just 
make it more difficult for law abiding citizens to protect themselves?? Will a Terrorist fear to commit an Act of Terror without the 
proper Federal I.D.?? Will it stop them from walking across the Mexican Border with all the other Illegal Aliens that cross every 
day?? I don't think so!! The Terrorists that concern me, are in Washington D.C. and other government agencies. THEY, are the 
ONLY people who have threatened my Life, Liberty and Property. Maybe they need to I.D. all them people overseas, to stop them 
killing our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. I'm sure they will all totally comply. Right?? How is having a National I.D. going to stop 
Identity Theft when it is the I.D. (Identity) they want to steal in the first place?? If we didn't have ANY I.D. there wouldn't be any 
Identity to steal, to begin with, would there?? DUH. Are we really all that stupid?? I think everyone needs to go get a copy of "Brave
 New World", "1984" and especially "Animal Farm". We're there folks!! If you like what you read in those books, then don't worry 
about doing anything. Everything will be juuuust fine. Did any of you ever happen to see the old movie "Soilent Green"?? They had 
a very good system of recycling the non producers. Very efficient!! Kind of like when the old  milk cow don't meet production 
quotas any longer. His I.D. and SS # probably identified whether he was productive anymore or not. After all, we are having a 
serious problem paying for all the Medicare/Medicaid aren't we? For some reason I also seem to keep having these flash backs 
of those old war movies again, that I use to watch as a kid, when everyone was scared when they saw this stripped barricade 
across the road and armed soldiers who would always ask; "PAPERS PLEASE!!!!" Remember what happened if someone didn't 
have there I.D. papers in order?? Germany built a wall to control their people. Well, it ALL started just like it is starting right here 
and I bet those people didn't do much to try to stop it either, because THEY TRUSTED THEIR GOVERNMENT TOO until it was to late and the wall was finished. There is going to have to be some serious opposition to turn this around. I hope everyone will start getting some Posters and Handout Flyers to awaken people. Hand them out at a grocery  store or anywhere people are 
numerous. Usually you can get permission if you tell them it is a Congressional Act that you want to inform the people about. Just 
show them the Congressional Bill so they can see it is official. Ask your Congressional Office for some copies of the Bill listed 
below and use a yellow highlight pen to highlight a few of the most important statements and contradictions, and fold over the 
corner of the page so you can turn to the page instantly after they see the cover to see it is official. It would be good to have 
numerous pieces of paper with the name and number of the Bill to hand to them if they show interest. 

    Now why not tie all this National People/Premise I.D./Registration together with the National Animal/Premise I.D./Registration?
 It's all the same thing. Everything here is about Control, Control and More Control!! They are treating us all the same way on the 
same level aren't they?? You might also have the name and phone numbers of some agriculture magazines with articles about this 
Animal I.D. on these same pieces of paper which will fit into their pockets and they might even decide to subscribe, and stay 
informed. It would be good to get a copy of some of the magazines I will list below and mark the page so you can open it to show 
them articles AFTER they see the cover to see it is an agriculture magazine. Contact the magazines and tell them you want to buy 
a magazine copy with the best article about this issue and tell them what you are going to use the magazine for. These magazines 
articles are extremely useful. They usually have a nice cover, that can also attract people's interest. I would hope that people will 
subscribe to at least one of these magazines themselves to  regularly read their information and also to support the magazines 
who are working to help us. They can help tremendously to awake the people. Also give them the http://nonais.org/ Website listed 
below so they can research for themselves. You must provide all you can for them to increase the odds they will look when they get 
home. A person should find a reasonably high traffic area near a Feed Store, Grocery Store or a Farmer's Market or Bazaar or a 
Gun Show and take a couple hours or hopefully more and set up a card table and lay copies of these magazines and a copy of the
 Bills for people to see. I know for some people it may be hard to do something like this, but this is a crisis for US, OUR KIDS, 
OUR LIVESTOCK, FOOD AND PETS. I started doing this to promote different Petitions to make a change in Government a 
number of years ago. It seemed hard at the beginning but you will be surprised how many really nice people you will meet who are
 concerned and are grateful that you have taken the time to inform them of such important issues. Remind them that this is really for 
their children and grandchildren so they won't be harassed. Small Farmers Journal also has some very interesting Posters on the 
Animal I.D. issue as does Nonais. I bet Dianne at Cad-re would be more than happy to have different people set up a table on 
different days at her feed store. Just ask her. People in different towns have these same opportunities. Don't miss the article and

Capital Press dated Feb 9, 2007. 

The headline is "Real ID Act Bill surfaces in Salem".  

Official name : 2005 Real ID Act.  This is US Senate Bill 424 and the Federal government requires states to implement it by May 
11, 2008.  However there is a chance that the Feds will "ratchet up" the deadline and make it sooner.  the purpose of the program 
is to "reduce identity theft and tighten homeland security".  

What happens is that drivers licenses are not issued "locally" by the DMV  You are given an temporary drivers license or ID and 
then you MUST provide a mailing address where they will later mail your "real" id.  To get this real id you must PROVE that you are 
in the US legally.  This requires a Social Security number or an ID issued by the US dept of Homeland Security.  This system is in 
place in California and Washington and 11 other states. 

There are Farmers refusing to comply and the article says they may lose their drivers licenses because Oregon is going to comply 
with the Feds.  There are some states refusing to comply with this ID law because it is too costly to implement: Montana and 
Maine.   Two weeks ago Maine passed a resolution that rejects the law and calls on the state to ignore the rules.  Montana state 
representatives passed a bill last week ordering the state not to participate in the federal program.  

The estimated cost of implementing the act is $10 Billion
